High Peak Meditation

Introduction

High Peak Meditation has been developed by a group of committed and experienced meditators, with the aim of going behind the clothing of religious tradition and basing an approach to meditation on first principles.

 

It is primarily an aural system, with visual and movement meditation used when appropriate, and the emphasis is on individual daily practice and regular supervision.

 

High Peak attaches particular importance to building the philosophical backdrop to meditation on experience - the meditation practice itself is paramount.

 

We welcome discussion with anyone who is interested in meditation, and enquiries from anyone wishing to learn to meditate.
