In addition
to individual instruction, High Peak runs meditation courses
of varying length and intensity to help people establish and
develop their daily personal practice. The calendar will be
updated as these courses become available.

are also two regular annual events; Celebration
Day which is held
in mid June and to which visitors are welcome, and High
Peak Meditation Day at the end of February.
