High Peak Meditation

 

The following ten disciplines conserve the energy generated by meditation so that it can be re-applied to further the meditation. They also provide a useful code of conduct in one's personal life.

Remember the breath at all times
Negative emotion is never necessary
Externally consider
Neither accept nor reject
Do not criticise oneself or others
Speak and act only as necessary
Actively investigate
Refine observation
Speak only from experience
Knowledge is not information
