High Peak Meditation has been developed by experienced meditators from a variety of backgrounds, primarily the Kabbalah, Christianity and classical philosophy, with the aim of going behind the clothing of religious tradition and basing an approach to meditation on first principles.
High Peak has strong philosophical foundations but the meditation practice is paramount. It is not in itself a religion, nor does it require adherence to a doctrine or belief system. However, the practice of meditation may foster or augment the faith of those who have a religious inclination.
We welcome discussion with anyone who is interested in meditation.
